Order Processing
All orders are processed by the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Services
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time rates provided by UPS. You may select from the following services during checkout:

• UPS Ground
  Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days, depending on destination.
• UPS Next Day Air
  Expedited delivery available within 1 to 2 business days.

All delivery times are estimated and subject to variation based on shipping location, seasonal demand, and carrier capacity.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This allows you to follow your shipment’s journey every step of the way.
